We want you to be confident buying directly from Rig Ready Gear.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing something, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/product? Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused, unworn, unwashed, complete, and in their original condition and packaging.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR MISSING ORDERS

Contact Rig Ready Gear with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos when appropriate.

Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement, corrected order, store credit, or refund.

When the issue was caused by an incorrect, damaged, defective, or missing shipment from RRG, the customer should not be responsible for the cost of correcting the problem.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Customers are responsible for return shipping when returning an otherwise correct product because of preference, sizing, or ordering the wrong item.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, complete, and in original condition and packaging.

MEDICAL AND TRAUMA PRODUCTS

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used consumable medical supplies are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

This does not affect our responsibility to correct products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

GET HOME BAGS / KITS

Get Home Bags and other assembled kits must be returned complete, unused, and with all included components present to qualify for a change-of-mind refund.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return or claim has been reviewed.

Bank/payment-provider processing time may vary after RRG issues the refund.
