Quick answers (read this first):
• Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
• Standard shipping: $5.95 on eligible RRG-shipped orders under $75
• Free shipping: $75+ on eligible Rig Ready Gear / MWrap products
• Partner-fulfilled items: Shopify Collective, Printify, GlueTread, Rugged Revive, Duct-Aid, Medi-Tape, and other third-party products may show separate shipping rates at checkout
• In-stock delivery: typically 3–7 business days after shipment
• Partner/drop-shipped delivery: typically 7–14 business days after shipment
• Tracking: sent by email as soon as your order ships

• Eligible Rig Ready Gear / MWrap products under $75: $5.95 shipping
• Eligible Rig Ready Gear / MWrap products $75+: free shipping
• Partner-fulfilled products may have separate shipping rates at checkout
Free shipping applies only to eligible Rig Ready Gear and MWrap products. Some items ship from partner suppliers or separate fulfillment locations, including Shopify Collective, Printify apparel, GlueTread, Rugged Revive, Duct-Aid, Medi-Tape, and other third-party products. These items may show separate shipping charges at checkout.
Processing time
Most orders ship in 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Delivery estimates start after your order ships:
- Ships in 1–2 days. Delivered in ~3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and holidays.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your label is created. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after it’s issued.
Multiple shipments
If your order includes items shipping from different locations, you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
Address changes
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update it, contact us ASAP—once an order ships, we may not be able to change the destination.
