Returns & Refunds

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in the condition received, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Eligible made-to-order apparel may be returned. For wrong fit, change of mind, or ordering errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Direct exchanges are not offered; return the eligible item and place a new order.

Start a return

Email sales@rigreadygear.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will send the correct return address and instructions. Do not mail an item back before receiving approval.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging when possible. We will provide a replacement or refund based on availability.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, final-sale or clearance items, and opened personal-care products are not returnable.

MWrap Performance Guarantee

You may test up to three MWrap strips. If MWrap does not stay on or perform as described, contact us for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
