MWrap Performance Guarantee:
Try it. If it doesn’t stay on, we’ll refund you.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
MWrap Finger Wrap – Performance Guarantee:
You may test up to 3 wraps. If MWrap does not perform as described, contact us and we’ll refund or replace it — no hassle.
For all other items, to be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• in the same condition you received it
• unused, with tags attached
• in original packaging
• accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
Start a return
To start a return, contact us at sales@rigreadygear.com with your order number and the reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping
- If the return is due to damage, defect, or the wrong item, we’ll make it right (replacement or refund, based on availability).
- For returns due to change of mind, wrong fit, or ordered the wrong item, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise.
Damages, defects, and wrong items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@rigreadygear.com so we can fix it fast. Photos of the issue and packaging may be requested to speed up resolution.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Final sale/clearance items

Personal care items are not returnable once opened,
EXCEPT for MWrap Finger Wrap — you may test it. If it doesn’t stay on, we’ll refund you.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible), then place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it’s approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at sales@rigreadygear.com.
European Union customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
